If you want a tax exemption for your religion, you have to make all your religious texts public domain.That's it. Period. No "intellectual property" lawsuit garbage, no secret handshakes. If you claim your religion is true and a benefit to the public good - which is supposed to be the entire point of religion - then you have to let everybody see what you believe and what you teach. All of it.
