Edit: what had seemed obvious on prior posts has become less obvious now that friendsfriends have dropped by and offered their friendly greetings. That being, I didn't make these. I just found ones I liked. An entire thread of purloined charts by various people can be found on Something Awful. Link later on, when I get home and can access the site without being smacked down by the Evil Ruler of Nun-Based Internet Oppression.
