We had dinner at a lovely little Japanese place in Westmont (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
minnow1212, why didn't you ever say anything about it, yum?) tonight after picking up a new router and having our taxes done (huge refund!!), and my attention was captivated by a roll that the menu described as containing:
Tuna
Yellowtail
Cenrancho
Salmon
Avocado
It took two staff people to help me discover the identity of this most elusive substance.
